Payments for services are due as per the schedule outlined in your bespoke itinerary agreement. Late payments may result in cancellation of services. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

Generally, cancellations made close to the departure date incur higher fees. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellations.
